You will enjoy working with Merry Ann . She has been selling real estate with the Taylor and Taylor family, (formally called Prudential Taylor &Taylor Realty Co) since 1992. Being associated with the highest selling company in Lincoln County has given her the experience to get the job done for thousands of clients. Prior to real estate she has taught high school, college and pre-school. She was a television hostess, a fund raiser and an artist. Running her own business helped her launch a real estate career at the beach. She knows the coast of Oregon because she served as the Chamber of Commerce executive director for Lincoln City 1986 to 1988.  She knows her way around the coast and specifically the ins and outs of coastal real estate. She has many awards to show her success in helping property owners sell real estate but the real reward she enjoys is the achievement of getting the job done for thousands of sellers over the years. She has kept up with the most up to date advertising techniques using two different MLS system, both the Coast system and the regional system. She uses professional photographers, drone photography and videos in marketing homes. Also since she is part of the best company on the coast the results she has been able to achieve are largely due to the team work of the brokers in the company.  She works with an amazing agent whom she mentored into realestate decades ago and now that agent is montoring her.  This team effort gives you a larger exposure to the market.
