Prudential Taylor & Taylor Broker Profile
I have been involved in selling real estate, home building, and development for twenty-five years in the Lincoln
City area. My husband and I founded Butterfield Homes, which grew from building fine homes to developing
the Hills of Neskowin. We completed sales in record time, and it has become one of the most popular
neighborhoods in the area. I continue to serve on the Advisory Board of the Neskowin Valley School.
I joined Prudential team in 2002 and have been very successful, winning awards each year, including the
Leading Edge Society. I remain a top producer and am on the Broker's Advisory Board.
I am an assertive marketeer and advertise in many media. These include local real estate magazines,
three websites, a newsletter, mailings, the local newspaper, a large database from the Hills of Neskowin
sign-in book, and personal networking with my many volunteer/community service activities. I also create a
monthly calendar of marketing events for my clients.
Personally, I enjoy swimming,
beach combing, crabbing, hiking, reading, cooking and creating art in stained glass and
metal art. I also love to dance the Tango!
