Merry Ann moved to Lincoln City in 1986 as the Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. She is very knowledgeable about Lincoln City and the surrounding communities.
Merry Ann graduated from the Floyd Wickman School of Real Estate marketing immediately following being licensed. She has been honored as the Top Sales Agent in 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997, and Top Listing Agent in 1998 and Top listing and Sales in year 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2005 by her local company.
Merry Ann is a GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute and a graduate of the Prudential Real Estate Dynamics course. She has served on the board of directors of the local multiple listing service and is a past chairman. She has been a representative to the state for her board.
Her background includes teaching college art, and high school art and English. She has been married to Mel Blanchard since 1967 and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
